iPhone. Now FCC Approved!

In Apple on May 17, 2007 at 3:12 pm

Inflate the balloons and take out the noise makers! The iPhone is approved for use in the US! All that’s left is to start selling it… in the US, anyway. In Canada, all that’s left is to get it approved by whatever FCC-equivalent we have here, confirm that the only possible carrier for the phone, Rogers, will, in fact, carry the phone, deal with the fact neither Cisco nor Apple hold the copyright to “iPhone” in Canada (Do I hear Apple Phone?), and sell that arm and leg needed to pay the possible $700 Canadian the phone will be when it comes here. O Canada!
